Field2Base
Enterprise is the
flagship product, running on Tablet PCs. Field2Base captures many types of
information through hand-drawn sketches, annotated drawings, annotated
photos, and user supplied files, to describe a specific field situation.
This field situation is described by the Tablet PC user, who, upon
completion of documentation, immediately transmits the story via wireless
communications to the home office and/or other individuals who need access
to that information to make a quick, informed decision. This transmission
of information is delivered to the recipient as an email attachment, which
means no additional software or hardware is required by the recipient to
receive this transmission from the field.

Communications - All
activity and copies of documents sent to and from the Tablet PCs are
maintained on a secure Field2Base server, providing backup, an audit
trail and guaranteed transmission.

various file types including drawings, CAD documents, MS Word &
Excel files and image files.
- Sketch functionality - unique sketching tools are available to create hand
drawn sketches used to document a variety of issues from the field

within the Field2Base software without any complicated file
manipulation or complicated editing software
- File Management - field personnel have a digital archive of all
communications to or from their Field2Base application
